Central Arkansas Water (CAW), the largest water utility in Arkansas, partnered with CyberTech to modernize its aging on-premises ArcGIS system and transition to a scalable, cloud-based GIS platform on Microsoft Azure. This transformation expanded GIS access across the organization, growing the active user base from 75 to 200 and enabling real-time data access for field crews through mobile tools. The new environment delivers 99.99% system availability, supports millions of GIS requests, and significantly improves emergency response and regulatory compliance. By bringing key workflows like valve inspections in-house, CAW also achieved substantial cost savings, while positioning GIS as a strategic, enterprise-wide platform for innovation, advanced analytics, and future capabilities such as Utility Network, GeoAI, and predictive modeling.

Anil is a partner in PwC's Data Engineering & Analytics practice with 28+ years of experience implementing enterprise data platforms that deliver measurable business outcomes. A hands-on practitioner, Anil has led large-scale data modernization programs across multiple industries, with geospatial intelligence as a consistent capability thread.
